Quote Search, Filter, and Sort
- Search by Quote ID, Quote Name, Assigned To, and Status, to find the quote to accept.
- Filter to just assigned to me and remove expired and already ordered quotes to shorten the list.
- Sort by Date, Quote ID, Name, Status, Assign To, and Created Date to arrange the list.
Purchase Order Number Validation
To prevent purchase order numbers from being used multiple times for customers purchasing on account, the system will check the number against previous orders.
- The Performance Parts order processing system only allows PO# to be assigned to one order to prevent order duplication.
- Entering a previously used PO# during checkout will prevent the order from being submitted, avoiding delays in processing the order.
Hint: For placing multiple orders for the same Job and same PO#, add a “-1”, “-2”, “-3” at the end of your original PO# to create a unique PO#.
